Louise came from a very privileged background. Her mother was London socialite and club owner, Hélène Cordet, and her godfather is The Duke of Edinburgh.  Through her music industry connections, Louise’s mother swung her a record contract with producers Marcel Stellman and Tony Meehan. The result was a whopping hit with “I’m Just A Baby”.  The song was originally composed for Brenda Lee. This and other fascinating facts are in the superb booklet based on exclusive interviews with Louise and include previously unseen private photos. She toured with Roy Orbison and The Beatles and even had a song composed for her by Gerry & The Pacemakers. This 18 track CD puts together all her recordings including those for her rare foray into the French market! Great stuff!
